When buying Science and Practice of Strength Training by zatsiorksy do you recomend buying Science and Practice of Strength Conditioning by william J kraemer?
Or are they the same book i am confused

hmmm, by some misleading advertisment… and me genreally being stupid i just bought Science and Practice of Strength Conditioning by Kraemer for £20… I’m going to have to buy Science and Practice of Srength Training (which i thaught i was) now.
Do you recomned me saving Science and Practice of Strength Conditioning until after i have read Science and Practice of Strength Training?
Don’t know haven’t read Kraemer’s book yet. But I do know that Zatorsiorky’s book is a must have!
I second supervenom.
Power by Hatfield is also a great read. Much easier than Zatorsiorky’s book.
