I’m curious as to what people think of standardized SAQ protocols as preparation for sport. Specifically do speed ladder drills and such carry over towards improved footspeed and performance in football, hockey, etc.?
Lower level athletes (kids who would benefit from just getting off of their asses) may. Most of these drills are “spinning your wheels and not going anywhere”.
Agreed. Hard to make money from a philosophy of sprinting fast, lifting heavy and recovering well.
