I’m running at a track meet this weekend and the projected highs are in the low 100s. I was wondering what precautions other people on the forum take to avoid extreme heat and still perform, other than shading up and keeping hydrated. I am running the 55m,100,and 200m.
*stay in the shade or indoors before you race… drink water and gatorade…
Stretch in the shade or indoors… wear sunblock…
