tues: meet (100 or 200/both?)
wed: rest
thurs: 3x30 + 1x50m sub max
fri: rest
sat: major meet
Can I run both events? My personal bests are in low 11s and 23s but Im wondering if doing both can really impact me cause someone I know ran a 400 in low 48, 4 days out and last weekend ran a 10.5/21.1.
Any thoughts?
