For You…(in my opinion)Ramping-Sets are superior most of the time, do you believe that such work as 10 x 3 with 5RM or 10 x 1 with 2RM (straight sets obviously) is effective for certain neural adaptations ?
Are you Thy. from T-Nation?
What are your poundages in your major lifts (bench, squat, clean, etc.)?
I have a feeling you are trying to get way too technical with your training before you need it and ask questions on many forums until you get the answer you want to hear.
Do you ever train, or are you always in lingo on what the best way to get strong is?!
There is no BEST way. There are many methods to achieve a goal. Learning and reading is great to know many methods and tools, but you are trying to get way too technical it seems for your own training.
Sounds like you need to stick to the basics and just add weight to the bar.

He is Thy. from T-Nation. He asked Christian Thibaudeau the same question on this page.

I caught him before asking Mark Rippetoe a question on his forum and then asking the same question here. He keeps looking for the answer he wants to hear after he already gets advice from some of the best in the business.
