Well I need to get quicker for baseball meaning I need to do sprints. I can’t even remember the last time I ran on my own so I’m alittle rusty with that. I want to know if I should jog first then do sprints? How long of a length should I sprint for and for how many times? I pretty much just need to find a workout plan for running before I lift. Have a look through the archives and check warm-up and short speed training. You’ll find lots to get you started. As for the distances to concentrate on for sprints- I’d say keep it to 30m and under.
