quick leg drills

Im thinking of including quick leg drills on speed days. Should they be done before or after sprints?

Sprints will be mainly short accels totalling about 250m and the drills will be about 4 sets of 5 over 10-15m. Does this volume seem okay?

Any opinions would be appreciated.



4 sets of 5 each? or total?

For most quick leg drills i’d recommend 2-3 reps of 30m, with just one set, but i’m an advocate of low volume works.

Also I usually split this into quick leg drills in the morning and sprint work in the afternoon if your set on doing these on the same day.
