Question for Charlie (or anyone) on Ben's training........

I’ve read that Ben basically did very little “cardio” work or anything like that. How was he able to stay so lean? I know for me, when I’m in a period of training that involves more cardio work, it is much easier to keep low body fat than when I am in a period of training emphasizing short bursts of speed.

Is it essentially the diet? Genetics? Both?

tempo is essentially low intensity interval training as well as the high volume of med ball and GPP circuits would qualify as this. he says in his book this keeps the bodyfat low.

I’m assuming you mean the book “Train for speed”?

Anyone know where I can find a copy (preferrably cheap)?

CFTS (same thing) is available on this site in E-book format- and it’s cheap!
