It has been a while since I posted but yes we are doing a 3 day a week routine right now consisting of total body workout each day(power movements only) and I have bought the e-book and the Dvd is on the way but have not got to read much of the book as school has been piling up, but to my question. I am going by this basically:

Monday: Speed (acceleraton) and weights
Tuesday: Tempo
Wednesday: Agility and weights
Thrusday: Tempo
Friday: Speed (max velocity) and weights
Saturday: Tempo
Sunday: Rest

Lifting at 7:45 in the morning and running around 3:45 to 4 in the afternoon. What would the best days to through the plyos in on? I am looking to do them 2 days a week. Thanks

On an off day, say tues and sat or tues and thurs.
