Has anybody ever heard of this exercise and do you have any links that would show how to do it?
I believe that this is the same lift as a power jerk in which you descend into a quarter/half squat just after having heaved the bar overhead.
This is how Dimas performed the jerk portion of the C & J later in his career.
The only other alternative would be if some view a push press and a push jerk as being synonymous.
