proper sprint technique

Hi, this is my first post ever. I recently started track and field and i wanted to know what i could do to improve my technique. I run the 60 and 100m. Im kinda fast but i would like to know what proper technique is, like how should my body be, how should i be swinging my arms, how far i should be striding etc. Basically i just want want a few pointers that i could write down and check off each time im practicing. Remember, i dont want any drills or anything, just things to watch for and make sure im doing right. thanks.

How about studying some sprint technique by good sprinters? Teach yourself to fish.

Speed - That’s how I learned

Check out the biomechanics portion of the message board there are a lot of great vids posted of the pros.
