Pre World Youth Training

Hi all I have a 17 year old female athlete selected in Aus team for World Youths in Canada in 13 weeks time running 200m (24.45 pb). We have just resumed training after a 3 week rest.

Q1 Is it as simple as to move back in the program 13 weeks.

Q2 to this date she has had a diet of 2 days on the track 1 in the gym - what would be more beneficial an extra day on the track in corporating strength work or extra day in the gym.
