Pre workout

What would you guys recommend to take before a speed/power session if it’s later in the evening and I can’t afford to be up all night?

Take same stuff then take a couple Tylenol PM and melatonin drink a couple beers or red wine.

L-theanine is a caffeine antagonist 250mg do the job for me

I do it almost every night. I guess the Tylenol plus booze is not a good idea.

I need some ambien.

Coffee seems to do the trick for me.
