Pre-comp workouts need advise

For my maximal strength workout, should i do both upper and lower body in a singleday, or should i split them up. What im planning to do is:

deadlift
1/2 squat
power clean
bench press
military press

then i thought it might be too taxing on my CNS. advise would be great thanks.

You can do both lower and upper in the same day, but pick 3 core lifts.
I wouldn’t do both the deadlift & squat on the same day. You could alternate the two.
