Last night I ran at the University of Michigan’s indoor track. The workout was 300-300-300-200-200-200-100 with 5 minutes rest between each. I have one video in regular and one in slow motion. The first 300 in the videos is not taped fully, just coming off the first curve. All the 300’s are taped from the first curve.
Charlie and others can you analyze this video. any feedback will be greatly appriciated.
I feel as if I may be landing too far in front of my center of mass what do you think?
