look how uncomfortable Powell looked before the start
you can see how heavy the rain was while they were on the blocks
Definently in the 9.9 range, he is slowly finding form

The front on close up shows that he has lost some of that weight around the shoulders, and has become quite cut - looks very fit. Similar to how he has looked Post WC/Oly previous years

watch the front on from 1.50 and see how much of the lane he covers going L then right over to the other side.
