I have an important comp. in two weeks and have just had a look at the schedule.
Will be running 200m & 400m.
Heats for both events are on Thursday - 200m at 11.40pm, 400m at 1.45pm.
Should not be too much of a problem: competition is usually fairly average in the first round.
The finals for both events are on Friday - 200m at 11.25pm and 400m at 12.30pm. :eek:
What to do? Both finals will be tough and I will need to be at my best to get into the places.
Any tips for such short recovery period?
I haven’t got too much experience with multi-round competitions - not quite sure how to go about this. :rolleyes:
