yesterday for the frist time i was able to hang clean…and it was suprisingly easy
i did around 160 for 4 sets of 3 with good explosive form.
i benched 205 for 4 sets of 3…it hurts to arch my back and bench because it pulls on my abdomen which is really tight still
before that we did a tempo workout…and i was able to do some accelerations in warmup with NO PAIN for the 1st time since surgery…
i feel im 80% right now -amazing progress.
