800m: 1:53.99e
4X400m: 48.0 Lead-off leg

Notes: It is always fun to PR  The 800m was good in terms of time but great in terms of what it means for the rest of the season. My splits were approximately 56.5 and 57.4 which means I am plenty strong to go 1:52 at Nike Outdoor Nationals. In the 4X400m we ran mixed up teams, but I can based on the splits from the 3 squads we ran there is deff two sub 3:08 squads in the works this summer.

Sunday 5/31

Awesome 800! well done

I was more impressed with your leadoff 400 @ 48 flat. With that time your 1st 400 in the 800 seems to slow which to means you are holding back to much and you definitely can run much faster over the 800. CONGRATS. on a job well done.

Hey man, I’ve been following your progress. Good stuff! How old are you? Are you from the states. I’m running 400/800 in Oz.

I just turned 18 this spring and yes I am from the states. I will probably become more of an 800m specialist next year.
