plyometrics at SMTC

Can anyone give information on what sort of a plyometric program (if any) the SMTC did follow? Whas this something they emphazised strongly?

Thor plyros were incorporated into the programme fairly early preseason.alot of box jumps were performed which personally i hate plus the usual hurdle jumps and stadiums were a major exercise also.

the only thing that TT really pushed on was mechanics and proper acceleration patterns.if you can grasp what running relaxed but fast is about then you’ll move
