716,
Does it mask pain? Will my body still be able to respond properly if it is about to get injured or in other words will it numb the area so that I don’t feel my knee getting hyperextended? Long term copper build up in the body?
I will order some Monday.
I’ve had a few people try it and like it. I like to use it in combination with some heat. You have to apply the copper cream very thinly and often to get the best penetration- or you can use the old standby- apply at night and cover with plastic wrap and sleep with sweats over the affected area.
PhysioBalm contains 10 mg of elemental copper per gram in a water soluable form as micronized copper sulphate. Transdermal absorption is about 10% or 1 mg per application. In short, two applications per day will provide approximately the RDA of 2 mg for copper. This delivery method will enable the user to get localized absorption and utilization.
Yes. But how do we know how much is an application? Maybe you can describe the amount on the finger etc. How long would you rub it in for?
Dear Charlie: Sorry for not being more clear in my description. Each application is 1 gram which contains 10 mg of elemental copper with about 10% of or 1 mg it actually being absorbed.
How big would one gram appear on your finger?
I will weight out exactly one gram on a very accurate laboratory scale
on Monday and then post as accurate of a description as I can.
Thanks. I think I was using too much as I was having some problems getting it all absorbed.

Will PhysioBalm help w/ tight posoas? I’m asking because the posoas is so deep into the muscular system.
I’m very interested in PhysioBalm.
Thanks
Any other symptoms ie behind the knees or achilles area? BTW, what are good sources of SOD? I’ve been told that SOD is so colossally expensive that hardly any finds its way into supplements.
716,
What joints? What about swimmers’s shoulders? Knees and ankles only? Why not an oral supplement?
…
716,
Is this the same copper cream you emailed me about a while back? Just curious, because I never got around to trying it, but I’m thinking of giving it a go.
PhysioBalm is a new and much improved version of the former copper
cream that was previously discussed here in this nutrition forum.
Just a few questions 716 -
I’m also interested in the possibilites or oral supplementation - especially with regard to copper and SOD.
Can it be used continuously or should it be cycled for improved effectivness?
Appox. how many applications per tub?
Yes, you can use oral supplementation of copper and it is effective. My opinion is that copper sebacate is the best form. PhysioBalm has penetration enhancers and the benefit that one gets from a transdermal delivery system is
a more localized effect as opposed to systemic. PhysioBalm also has
more ingredients in addition to copper such as dimethyl sulfone (MSM),
menthol, eucalyptus oil, etc.
PhyusioBalm can be continuously used on a daily basis. There
are 57 grams in a jar, which is 57 applications. At the special
CharlieFrancis.com price of $ 15.95, that is about .27 cents per
application.
I will purchase some and write a review…sounds good.
Thanks 716.
27cents a rub? … well …when it’s put like that …
I’ll give it a go -
