PCL injury rare but what do I do when I incur one?

If you have a PCL injury say from a car accident and then 6 monts later reinjure that same PCL doing full squats what do you do for Physio?
Deep-Friction massage, ART? I know when you incur an injury like this full squats are definetely out of the question and so I have decided to switch to parallel squats as advised by many websites dedicated to PCL injuries. I noticed that I feel the injury when I full squat with my own BW 3 months after reinjuring my PCL and I also here my knee shifting side to side when I fully extend my leg or pretty close to fully extending (I can’t fully extend my leg without the knee shifting) my leg.

There are no good therapists where I currently live and soon enough a doctor will tell me to get surgery. So before I hear any of that BS I will try to fix the injury myself seeing as I have no alternatives. My first plan of attack is to realign the scar tissue to flow with the ligament direction and not against it (i.e. not letting the scar tissue run diagonally or sideways on the ligament). This will be done through deep friction massage on the area close or as close as I can get because the PCL is such a unique ligament that you can’t get to certain parts of the ligament bc it lies behind your ACL (referring to the attachment to the lower leg). Since that probably won’t help much I then plan to do ART by doing a leg ext on a leg ext machine and jam my thumb on my PCL as hard as I can and do that for a couple of reps and later on in the every second day and see what happens. Afterwards to tighten the ligament I will do full squats with just body Wt and then later switch to parallel squat when I introduce heavier wts in the following weeks. Then after a month I will also do a lot of static flexibility in order to make sure I have full Range Of motion and proper length of the inelastic ligament (I do believe you can stretch it a tiny bit).

So intially after the rehab I will tighten the ligament and then try to keep its natural length and ROM by static stretching followed later by dynamic stretching 2 months later on.
