i recently developed a soreness in my upper left ham. I never had to stop suddenly due to a sharp pain so i don’t think its a tear or pull. But it does get worse when sprinting… Is the a sign of a potential ham strain? when preventative measures should i take? see a doc?
if i were u id rest it. if the problem presists i reccomend the ARP. sounds like an overuse injury and an inflamitory problem.
do you think i could still do other fornms of training that don’t really bother it "ie wieghts olifts, plyos?
rest in the effected area is the only thing i would reccomend.
