Forgive me if I have overlooked this information elsewhere on this site.
I am interested in the latest science on whether over speed running is worth while or not?
I generally do NOT used this method of training with my athletes (field athletes), however, I do have an advanced athlete who happens to be training for a strait sprint event and wanted to know what the thoughts were on this.
To this point we’ve done only resisted sprint work trying to improve acceleration time & mechanics.
