i’m doing well, thanks for asking. i’m around 8 weeks post-op & the progress hasn’t slowed yet. i can do push ups finally and my ROM overhead is back, just have to keep working on external rotation. for training i’m just doing hill runs 2x’s per week with tempo the day after, lots of core and lower back work. i start with light weights in 4 weeks. sometimes i think the injury was a good thing because i was beginning to get complacent. much thanks to a certain board member for all of his help.

Getting back to the weights will be a big step too and the hill work is great preparation also.
