I’ve found alot of this stretches to be pretty good, especially the upper-body ones. I really like the upperbody stretching routine. But alot of the lowerbody stretches I dislike alot of them feel akward and I don’t get that good of a stretch. I like the calve stretch alot though!and I also really like the hip flexor stretch. But the lower back stretches I find to be horrible,I don’t feel anything,and the hamstring stertches I can’t seem to do effectively, the first hamstring stretch isn’t bad and I like doing it but the other two are pretty bad. The gluteus stretches are solid though. All and all I’ve found this article to be pretty helpful and I am doing the upper-body stretching routine and a modified version of the lower-body routine at least once every-day now.
