Old Working Athletes

Probably won’t do any running tempo instead I will perform wt circuits, hurdles, med circuits etc etc.

Sample circuit:
Series B:
bar curl
pushdowns
kb rdl
hammer curl
hang leg raises
db lat raises

Perform 10reps with no rest after completing all movements rest 90sec. Actually the wts are good, I’m only performing three primary lifts twice a week. Not sure where you see all the weight volume??
