Off Season Weight Training

I am a jumper who is about to compete for my Division 1 university and I need help on the correct lifting for Offseason training. If I wanted to lift three times a week, with a focus on legs on Monday and Friday, and Upperbody on Wednesday. How many sets and reps should I do and which exercises?

Also, more specific information (e.g., training age, height, weight, PBs perhaps in the weight room, etc) MIGHT help :slight_smile:
