noob, is my gym workout ok for 100m?

hi, im a noob to sprinting, although i have been working out (weights and jogging) for about 3 months total. my current best for the 100m is 12.5 seconds.

anyway, i just wana know if this workout is ok for someone of my caliber, does it work out all major muscle groups, and if not is there another workout you could suggest.

Straight legged dead lift - 3x5 View
1 leg alternating curls - 3x8 View
Seated calf raises - 3x8 View

Bench pull - 5x5 (Like T-Bar rows but by lying on a bench with a barbell underneath.)
