Hey guys I’m new to plyos and to these forums. This is probably a stupid question but are you supposed to keep ground contact time minimal for every type of plyometric exercise? Like say I’m doing jump squats, tuck jumps, or bounding or something…once I land on the ground do I get down and then jump again immediately? Can someone tell me some good plyos to do and what rep ranges/times/distances to do them? Thanks
It depends on a lot of factors. Try searching for some info in the forum with the search function. Bompa also has a good book on plyos.
