At a body weight of 205 I finally put up 275 for 1 ALL NATURAL! New goal now is 295. For the longest time I was stuck at 245.
Well, the first thing I did right was join a real gym that had chains and odd thick bars and I USED THEM…lol I also started to do pull ups with 25lbs weight around my belt as well as 300 reps of med balls 2-3x a week. The med ball really help me train to be more explosive. I use a 14lbs ball.
