It’s the 6th week since starting the program. I did the 4 weeks then I’ve repeated the cycle.

I noticed on your “only 9 exercises” you did not include reverse hyper or glut/ham. Was it because of the cost to the average person, or something else. I fortunately have both in my gym. Thanks for the info
