I received mine yesterday, lots of good stuff in it. I especially liked the speed endurance discussions.
I got the chance to review the book on the recent trip to Toronto when it was hot of the press.
You will not be disappointed with this book-
jammed packed with quality information and discussion from the old forum that you will not find anywhere else. The graphs at the end were an excellent addition.
Charlie, Rupert, and others (you know who you are) should be congratulated on this quality publication
I received mine yesterday. I second what others have said - outstanding work. Certain topics are really expanded upon that Charlie does not directly address as much in his other books. Great product, highly recommended.
I got my copy today signed by Charlie (which is cool). I was supposed to be doing lots of work today but yet again I am sure I will just be reading!
The book looks great. The content looks great and Iām sure it will provide more food for thought.
Plus it only took about 10 days to get to the UK which is a bonus!
