New 2005 Season Training

Have you guys started training for the 2005 season yet?
Any new changes to your programs?

More strength, Power work, better nutrition?

Where’s everybody as far as their training still resting for this long season?

my season starts here in australia in october thru to april (pro- running)

have had good gains last few months and today was suppose to tell me how far i have come.

was suppose to do a flying 100…was timed over 110m by accident ! DOH!! :mad:
and my flying 300m was pityful in 37.5secs.

so far not good. :frowning: :frowning:

bring on the short work and heavy lifting !!
