So I had a important qualifying meet last tuesday/wed. I hadnt done squats since the wednesday before that so now its been 10 days.
I got a even more important meet this wed/thurs, and really need to be at peak performance (i run mid 11s). so I got a two questions.
First how should my lifting be today? 10 days of no squats, should I do something like 2x1 at 70%? or no squats and just do cleans? + bench obv.
second question… i ran 3 100s on tues. and 2 200s + 4x1 on wed. So should my workout today be like… 3x20m at full speed / 1x80m + 1x120m at 95% speed ? + 1x20m bounding.
