tomorrow i will be at a mates place, so i will be away from my home gym. and i have weights and tempo that day. i can do tempo pretty easy, so no drama.
but what can i do for upper-body? i was thinking upper-body bodyweight circuit but i cant do pullups (no bars), but other than pushups and bodyweight dips, i cant think of anymore exercises? anymore?
but then i was thinking, he has some dumbbells, so maybe do something like pushups, dumbbell rows, shoulder presses, curls and some bodyweight dips. would that be ok.
