Hey everyone, just a question.
i’m 15 just incase you need to know my age. Anyway, last week I was running 50m in 6.24,etc.
just recently, I hadn’t run since monday, and on friday, I did some 50’s and I was getting 6.5-6 …it was horrendous. My quads just felt like absolute jelly, I couldn’t pump at the start at all.
Now, i’m just double checking, this was because my muscle tonus was really low right?
My coach said it was because I hadn’t done anything since monday and I thought that was the case aswell.
