Hello everyone, I hope your season is going great. Question on Multi-throws after your workout. I have been reading from one of the LSU coaches (Coach Schexnayder)and he says when doing segmented activities (not full-body) it is often wise to complete the session with a multi-throws circuit. Here are my questions about this.
What constitutes a segmented activity or session? Isnt every session total body?
Is this usually done on a high intensity or low intensity day?
Are these throws done at maximum intensity?
Does anyone have a good example of this? Would this be the MB circuit that Charlie has here?
