The YMCA I go to has a Multi-Hip machine. Does any one use a multi-hip machine for strengthening their hip flexors and extensors? If so, what kind of set/rep/weight combo do you use? I currently do reverse hypers for my glutes.

I use it as well. Three sets of 8, twice a week.
no need to do the hip machine if ur doing all your sprint drils and squats etc in the weight room.
