Any microcycle prep recommendations for the following:
12/29 - long jump
12/30 - hurdles, sprints
Athletes are in the 4th week of indoor competition phase with 2 meets behind them. Jumper/sprinter work has been 2:1 Alactic/SpecEnd. Hurdler/jumper work has been purely alactic < 6 secs. ExTempo, of course between HI days.
Haven’t laid out the work plan yet. Appreciate any input.
