I feel you bro. At practice at da track, We was bout twenty minutes into da warm-up and a blood ran up on da HJ mat hidin from a cop. We had to get inside befo any of my people got shot. Salaam.

I was a crip till i was 14. I gots out, but not till I saw too many peoples lost. Now I use my posotivity to helps out my forgotten people and create a posotive invironment in the track world.
