Man congrats on the PB but I personally think you should concentrate on the 200 from your current performances. 21.XX is FAST at your age for the 200meter while a 50.XX is pretty average.

I think you have the potential for a high 20.XX with great training and everything falling into place. That will DEFINITELY get you noticed…

If you need some extra protein because your looking to gain a little weight or change your carb/protein/fat ratio I’d go with proteinfactory.com. Its cheap as hell because its minus the marketing bullsh*t. If your really looking to move to 400 though I don’t know if you want to gain weight though.
If your looking for a recovery drink I like their’s but I haven’t tried the more expensive ones like GO!, Surge, Proglycosin (I have no idea how to spell that), or the others and they may be better.

in europe you can buy twinlab products widely,they are ligit.shuman i’d be careful with maximuscle supplements if getting tested.they were involved heavily just over 1year ago with an athlete they were sponsering.he failed and apparently MM were to blame for not following proceedures,labelling etc.also try tropicana products,good value and quality

Does anyone reccomend false starting on purpose?

I believe if you are seeded 6th or 7th in a race in which you need 4th to qualify, this would be a strategy to take the spring out of that would-have-been 4th place guy and you can sneek up and steal the 4th spot.

(i might use this strategy later this week to see what happens…nothing to lose)

THAS A CRAZY WORKOUT… last week i did 300 200 150 with 10 mins rest and i was dead! and i ran 36.4 22.9 and 16.9… and threw up after the 200… when are you running next ? i cant wait to see what you bust out with…
