I am not an expert, but this quote is out of context, making it easy to mis-interpret. Do you have a link to where it was said? That might help others explain it.
It has to be taken well out of context.
In our sport we use both upper and lower body and I know of no one who is as he described!

I don’t know anyone like he described as well. I just wanted to see the discussion that lead up to that statement as i don’t know anything about Mike Boyle.
