middle to end program

i am doing a middle to end program i have just finish my spilt run phase and i am starting spec end 2 this week for 4-5 weeks which will include starts at 30m and 2x300 @90-95 with 15-20min of active rest for recovery. my question is when i start my indoor season would i drop the spec end for two speed days are would i continue to drop the distance for spec end?? what i have plan is to drop the spec end and do two speed days then come outdoor when my top speed is in place start developing speed end…
