Curious as to how many on our forum have experience with microcurrent stimulation for recovery purposes. Anyone?
I work with microcurrents for therapy and recovery in addiction to soft tissue work, sometimes I’ve great result, other time I’ve few or no results.
With microcurrent you can’t place pad where do you want, It isn’t as EMS.
There are some techniques for find specific areas of work.
Many peoples and doctors speak about Micro (MENS) as a miracle cure, in my experienxe with athletes I’ve not seen any miracle.
Sometime for good results you have to do more MENS session, up to ten or more (generally 30 min. x session).
With manual work (soft tissue) and or electroacupuncture you have better results in few sessions (1-5).
If you are interested, try to search on google Darren Starwynn or FSM (freqeuncy specific microcurrent).
PS: This is only my experience with “aspecific” form of MENS, probably with a more specific work the results will be better!
