Why would you do med ball throws be done on tempo days? Aren’t med ball throws done explosively? If so why do on tempo days won’t they tax you CNS.
Doing the same throws less explosively won’t affect you in the same way - however there is a crossover point somewhere - u got to find ur individual barrier and remain below it in the same way that tempo runs are done at a lower % of ur top speed .
Plus theres lots of med ball stuff that isnt explosive anyway particularly where abs are concerned - scout 4 posts
