Me running in my yard, want a critique

I was just doing a short run out in my yard. By all means, give a constructive critique. What am i doing wrong, how to correct it etc. Btw the reason i raise out of my drive prematurely is because their is a wall at the end of the runwayhttp://s49.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=3RADUMBEVYG3V0H4BLHVT9WPPZ

Here is another one. This time im running down so youll see me from a behind/ side angle

those links just take me to the upload page.

Sry bout that, i copied the wrong page, try again now

Damn, you´re running on barefoot ? it doesn´t hurt your bones ?
Nice cat btw…

Nah man, im accustomed to running on concrete barefoot because I hardly ever wear shoes at home and there is where i was accustomed running up and down when I was younger. So what do u think? any critique. Btw im 14 years, 9 months old (believe it or not) so take that into consideration.

So…any critiques? opinions? stride to short/forced? knee lift to low? start rushed to much?

Daniel,
what are your targets ?

What do u mean by this? If ur talking about sprinting wise, i aim to become the fastest 60m/100m runner in the World. Im going at about 60-70% in these videos. Ill try to take a vid of me in training running at 90-100% with my spikes and everything.

Do you play some coletive sport ?
or do you wanna be a track athlete ?

I play soccer for fun but i am primarily a track athlete and track is my passion, soccer is just on Saturdays for fun.

Danielc101, that has to be the greatest response to a question like that, i have ever witnessed.

Welldone man
Impossible is nothing, i like it.

Thanxs man, thats one of my motto’s, impossible is nothing, i hope ur not being sarcastic though. Lol.

You´re a kid yet, so, you have time to be what you want to be, if genetics are in place too.
Have you ever timed a 100m race ( this time in wearing shoes at least ? ).

Lol, yea, 10.8 is my pb in the 100m, not shure bout the 60m time though but the first part of my 100m races are my specialty so its probbly a quick time.

It´s pretty damn fast for a 14 y/o guy who is not training for speed yet.
How did you get that ?
What are you doing regarding weights / track / plyos ?

Yea that is fast, I just turned 15 in April and I just ran 10.95,but I have been doing everything from plyometrics, weights, and speed camps. What have you been doing to get that fast? Also what is your time on the 40 yard dash if you know?

No no i used to train steadily since last year september till this year march but since a tear in my abdominals i had to stop training to rehabilitate. It is pretty much healed so im starting back training from next week.

Here was my varying weekly program:

Mondays:

-4-5 Warm up laps,
dynamic stretching,
-30-60m run outs (this is the standard beginning of training and hence it is done every day so i wont repeat it for the next days)

3 circuits with each set containing five sets of:
-20 pushups (100 total)
-20 crunches (100 total)
-20 leg raises with each leg/reverse crunch (100)
-20 leap frogs/explosive jumps (100 total)
-20 non weighted squats (100 total)

After this, some steps work is done, like sprinting up steps etc.

-after that one lap slow jogging then one lap walking to warm down followed by static stretching. (this is the standard end of training so i wont repeat it for the next days)

Tuesdays:

Light Gym Work (due to my age)

4 sets of workouts with each workout containing:

-25 30lbs dumbell lifts with each hand
-25 80lbs bench press
-25 80lbs overhead squats
-25 reps of other 2 other gym machines.

Wednesdays:

Five sets of Drills with one set consisting of:

-Continuous knee lifts for 30m (then for 60m after the first three sets, this applies for all the others)

-Continuous Butt kicks for 30m

-Continuous Straight legged kicks for 30m

-Continuous knee lift variation for 30m

-Continuous Knee lift variation for 30m

-Continuous springing for 30m

-After these sets are over, then a lil recovery period then on to some block work/starts.

Thursdays:

Speed Endurance Training:

First the harness jacket is used. (a jacket that is put on ur torso with a rope/wire attatched to the back and someone/something holds it while you try to sprint against the resistance) It is done in an alernating start and stop method, meaning u would go for long, stop for about 1-2 seconds, then go for short, stop for 3 seconds then go for long again etc.

Then unto some 150’s and 300’s.
Cant rember the reps and recovery though but it was tough.

Fridays:

Beach training:

Do 5 mins continuous jogging with about 10 second sprint intervals every 30 seconds.

Saturdays/Sundays: Rest period.

Coming up to actual race season, the program is changed and more actual sprinting is incorportated.

P.S. My speed is also contributed to my good sprinting background (used to compete for fun at primary school meets and national meets since the tender age of 6-7) and also my early physical development. Im 6ft sum already with a good frame.

Im running at about 75% in the first video and 60% in the second one, (I know u probably wanna see one at 100% but the runway lenght doesnt permit me to do so, if I bring my camera to training or a meet one of these days i will post one at 100%) but I only get to accelarate for a short period then got to pull up because of the short runway.

This one is from a back angle, I took a rolling start and didnt use the drive phase since the runway is so short anyways:

This one is from a front angle, rolling start as well, as soon as u see my bring my head upright im actually starting to brake/decelarate because of the shortness of the runway, actually culdnt stop, had to jump up the wall and kick off (like what Donovan Bailey did after the showdown with Johnson):

So what do u’all think? any advice etc?

Making sure he was born in the Caribbean
