Deep tissue massage on low intensity days and soft tissue on hi days to restore muscle level to normal level. twice a week should be ok. hope that helps

If your massage therapist listens and/or understands your event, you can get it whenever you want.

thanks guys. Im actually in the process of setting up my workout plan for the fall/winter. I will be looking around the area for a cheaper massage therapy school… hopefully getting in there 2x per week. I like the set up you suggest RB34 and McAthlete
