Makes EMS me faster?

i was thinking about it, because it is said that EMS improoves the contraction time of fibers and can give ST-Fibers FT-charcteristics… :smiley:

Any thoughts / experiences? :confused:

Its just another training method. If you use it correctly and in conjunction with other training methods at the appropriate times you will get faster. On its own the research doesn’t suggest it will make much of a difference.
