Well he had 2 wrestling camps at the end of July and some other stuff then i went away to prep school at the very end of july and have not been online or on the phone since then(miltary prep school), he did say he felt a lot stronger on the wrestling mat so this is good, i will talk to him soon though, hopefully if nothing else I taught him a better way to workout then the crazy over training BFS he was doing previously.
Also trained/trained with a skinny 6 4 basketball player and set him up with a basic WSFSB style template, could email it to ya TAM if u want to take a look
